Skye is the largest and northernmost of the main islands of Scotland's Inner Hebrides archipelago. The island's peninsulas radiate from a majestic mountainous center, most notably the Cuillin Range, with its rugged, rocky slopes creating one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in the country.
