| Potsdamer Platz is a public square and traffic intersection located in the center of Berlin, Germany. It is named after the nearby city of Potsdam, and it was once one of the busiest and most important intersections in Europe before it was heavily damaged during World War II. After the war, the area was located in no man's land between East and West Berlin, and it remained largely undeveloped until the reunification of Germany in 1990. | |
