| The Aosta Valley, officially the Autonomous Region of the Aosta Valley, is a mountainous autonomous region in northwestern Italy. It borders Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, to the west; Valais, Switzerland, to the north; and Piedmont, Italy, to the south and east. The region's capital is the city of Aosta. The region's population is projected to be 122,714 as of 2025. | |
