Ulsan Grand Park is the largest urban park in South Korea, with 3.69 square kilometres (1.42 square miles) of park land. It is located in Ulsan Metropolitan City, and includes walking trails, a nature learning center, a botanical garden, a petting zoo, a butterfly zoo, and several playgrounds.
Taehwagang National Garden (roughly 830,000 ㎡) boasts the harmony of the crystal clean Taehwagang River, which is home to multiple fresh water fish species, water dwellers, and a 4 km long bamboo grove. It is the only urban site to be designated as one of the top 20 ecotourism destinations in the country.
