Heritage Museum of Orange County is one of the most interesting cultural and natural history centers in Southern California. The centerpiece of the museum, which covers nearly 12 acres in all, is a historic plaza featuring several buildings from the 1890s set amid extensive floral gardens and citrus groves.
The Grand Central Art Gallery, Project Room and Education/Teaching Gallery feature exhibitions and projects by internationally noted artists. GCAC presents four to six exhibitions a year in each space.
Lyon Air Museum is comprised of authentic aircraft, rare vehicles and related memorabilia, with emphasis on the defining event of the 20th century - World War II.
Old Orange County Courthouse contains the Orange County History Center (which includes the Old Courthouse Museum, the Orange County Archives, and the library of the Pacific Coast Archaeological Society) as well as government offices. The Old Orange County Courthouse exhibition gallery displays both temporary and permanent exhibits relating to local and regional history.
Orange County Center For Contemporary Art is an all-volunteer organization that invites artists to think about their practice as research and to develop ideas, exhibitions and projects. OCCCA's light-filled gallery space is perfect for your event. The large open space main gallery is fronted by an all-glass foyer space, with 14 ft. tall open beam wooden ceilings and track lighting.
