Xi'an, China, is a city steeped in history and culture, renowned for being the ancient capital of multiple Chinese dynasties, including the Qin, Han, and Tang dynasties. One of its most famous attractions is the Terracotta Army, a vast collection of clay sculptures depicting the army of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. Discovered in 1974, the Terracotta Army is now a UNESCO World Heritage site and a major tourist destination. Its total population was 12,952,907 in 2020.
