| Koshi Province is an autonomous province of Nepal. Koshi had a population of 4,961,412 in 2021 with the industrial city of Biratnagar as its capital. It covers an area of 25,905 km2 (10,002 sq mi), about 17.5% of the country's total area. The highest elevation (Mount Everest) is 8,848.86 m (29,031.69 ft) and the lowest elevation (Kechana Kawal) is 58 m (190 ft). | |
