San Bernardino County is a county located in the southern part of the state of California, United States. It is the largest county in the contiguous United States by area, covering approximately 20,105 square miles, and has a population of around 2.1 million people. The county is situated east of Los Angeles County and is part of the Greater Los Angeles area.
San Bernardino County is home to a diverse range of communities, from the bustling cities of San Bernardino, Fontana, and Ontario, to the small mountain towns of Big Bear Lake and Wrightwood. The county is also known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities, including hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing in the San Bernardino National Forest, which covers a large portion of the county.
