Westwood is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lassen County, California, United States. It is located in the eastern part of the county, at an elevation of 5,128 feet (1,563 m) above sea level. As of the 2020 census, the population of Westwood was estimated to be 1,716.
Westwood was founded in the early 1900s as a company town for the Red River Lumber Company. The town was designed by architect Frederick J. DeLongchamps and features many historic buildings, including the Westwood Club, the former company store, and the Paul Bunyan statue.

Today, Westwood is a small, rural community that is popular for outdoor recreation, including fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. The town is also home to the Westwood Museum, which features exhibits on the history of the town and the lumber industry.
