Vinh HaLong is abay located in the northeastern part of Vietnam and constitutes part of the western bank of Bac Bo Gulf. It includes the seaarea of HaLong City and Cam PhaTown and part of Van Don island district. Cat BaIsland is in the southwest of HaLong bay.
