Westlake Village is a city in Los Angeles County on its western border with Ventura County. The City of Westlake Village incorporated in 1981 becoming the 82nd municipality of Los Angeles County. The population of the city was estimated to be at 8,217 in 2019, down from 8,270 at the 2010 census.

Triunfo Creek Park is a 600-acre Triunfo Creek Park located in Westlake Village, California providing deep oak woodland, native grasslands and blankets of wildflowers in the springtime. The main feature of the park is the Pentachaeta Trail.

The Westlake Village Community Park spans a total of 18 acres and contains eight acres of lighted synthetic turf athletic fields for soccer, football, baseball, softball, and other sports, a walking/jogging trail, skate park, picnic areas, outdoor sand volleyball and basketball courts, fitness equipment, restroom/concession facilities, and two children’s play areas.

Foxfield Park is a 1.34 acre park located in the Trails neighborhood. It includes Barbeque, Gardens, Half-Court Basketball, Picnic Pavilion, Playground and Walking Path.

Split Rock is a very large rock that split in several pieces. It includes one crack that is large enough to walk through. You can reach to the split rock by the Mishe Mokwa trail.
