Waimea Canyon is located on the western side of Kauai Island in the Hawaiian Islands. Also known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific," Waimea Canyon is a massive canyon, approximately 38 kilometers long and up to 900 meters deep, overlooking one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Pacific Ocean.
