| MacroBaby’s style, high-end product lines, and one-on-one customer experience sets us apart from all other baby stores in the country. Our beautiful, large retail store located across from Orlando’s Florida Mall opened in 2010. MacroBaby was founded after our CEO had his first child and was frustrated with buying baby products in big box stores that didn't have sales associates who knew much about the baby products they were selling, and because of the lack of trust and lack of customer service he found with the websites from which he tried to purchase baby products online. Part of a larger corporation with interests in other big retail baby stores, MacroBaby was created to provide clients with a different kind of shopping experience. Through a joint venture in 2010, MacroBaby of Orlando was selected to be the test market for a new retail baby concept with these goals: - create a unique feeling when shopping for baby products - carry the best brands in the industry, including high-end baby brands that most retail locations do not stock - bringing the newest and coolest baby products into the Orlando market, from European brands not carried elsewhere - provide a large store to offer a wide selection that feels like a boutique shop Our customer philosophy is very unique – we are committed to creating the ultimate shopping experience for our clientele. Each customer is greeted by an employee who gives a tour of the store and works closely to recommend and demo products. We also provide a Baby Checklist so that new parents or gift-givers have all the things needed for baby close at hand. And if you’re just visiting the area, MacroBaby offers limo service rental for pick up from Orlando hotels, making us easy to find and purchases hassle-free. Our reputation for knowledgeable sales associates who are genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products for them, combined with our huge selection of unique products and our Frequent Shopper Rewards program keep customers coming back to MacroBaby as their children grow. CEOs and National Sales Managers from manufacturers such as Quinny, ICandy, Mamas Papas, and Baby Jogger have commended our store and the service we provide to customers, and Channel 9 has featured us as the new baby products experts. We are especially proud of the partnership formed with the Winnie Palmer Hospital – the largest and most prestigious maternity hospital in the United States, in 2011. In the first partnership of it's kind for Winnie Palmer Hospital, they have even opened a MacroBaby boutique inside the facility. MacroBaby is growing - we will be opening stores in New York, Los Angeles and Miami. But we strive to maintain our specialty core concept and to improve every day. We've had huge success, and diligently work to train new sales associates, provide the best customer service to Orlando locals and tourists alike, and really value the community in which we live and work in. | |
