Ba Ria-Vung Tau is a province of Vietnam. It is located on the coast of the country's Southeast region. It also includes the Con Dao islands, located some distance off Vietnam's southeastern coast. It had a population of 1,410,841 in 2021.

Go Gang Island is located in the Long Son commune of Vung Tau and is about 3 km southwest of the city center of Vung Tau. The 30km2 island borders rivers on three sides and the sea on another.

Hon Ba  is a small island in the middle of the vast ocean in Vung Tau, 200 m from cape Nghinh Phong, Hon Ba  is a place where the sea itself splits. In the afternoon, when the tide is low, a gravel road appears from the shoreline to Hon Ba  island. This time, visitors can leisurely walk on the beach, smell the sea breeze and feel the cooling water.
