La Paz Waterfall is located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, just outside the town of Vara Blanca. It is one of the most popular waterfalls in the country and a must-see destination for nature lovers.
The waterfall is actually a series of four cascading falls, with a total height of around 120 meters (390 feet). The falls are set in a lush rainforest environment and are surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna, including colorful birds, butterflies, and monkeys.

Visitors can access the waterfall via a hiking trail that takes about an hour to complete, or by driving to the nearby La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, which also includes several other waterfalls, gardens, and a butterfly observatory.

At the La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, visitors can enjoy guided tours of the gardens and observe various animals such as hummingbirds, toucans, snakes, and frogs. The park also has a serpentarium, a birdhouse, and a butterfly observatory.
