| The first Kobe Teppanyaki restaurant in HCMC. Modern Japanese restaurant, but still contains the traditional culture of the sunrise country. Kobe Teppan, the first Kobe Teppanyaki restaurant had been in Ho Chi Minh City. Located at 13A Tu Xuong, a quiet street in the heart of Saigon, Kobe Japanese restaurant brings to the guests the impression of a modern Japanese restaurant, but still contains the traditional culture of the sunrise country. KOBE Teppanyaki Restaurant is formed from the joint venture between Mr. Frankie Wu and Hotel Le President in Combodia. Mr. Frankie Wu is currently the president of Japanese restaurants association in Hong Kong. Teppanyaki Restaurant KOBE first appeared in Phnom Penh, Combodia in 1997. At present there are three KOBE restaurants in Combodia, two in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Riep. In September 2011, the first Kobe Teppanyaki restaurant had been in Ho Chi Minh City , Viet Nam. KOBE Teppan Restaurant in Vietnam formed the joint venture between Hotel Le President Hotel in Combodia and Mai Xa commercial Production and serviecs Joint Stock Company. The area of Kobe restaurant now (which was 13A Tu Xuong old villa) as business office. When switching to the restaurant business, we had alot of improvement to create a new space, a new look of the villa. Therefore, KOBE in Vietnam invited the experts in interior and construction from Japan to redesign the entire house. The detailed decoration is closed the meaning adhesion of the logo with the harmonious space and layout makes a warm feeling. The architecture created a space for restaurants with elegance and refinement desiged carefully by Japanese architect, by simple the architecture is also a part of the culture. Unique features of the restaurant. We only serve Teppan Yaki food. Teppan, means "table" and Yaki means "grilled". Fresh food will be processed at the table in front of guests. There are two types of Teppanyaki, one is noisy with the cook perfoms cooking as roll circus knife. Other one cooks gently and flexibility from the soft hands of female cook. And Kobe always cooks with the light and flexible way. Guests will be enjoyed the special smelling of food and female cook's skill with food materials are checked strictly, only fresh and quality food is used in restaurant . A special point of Kobe Teppenyaki restaurants, all serving and kitchen staff are female. That point will make gently and quietly when guests step into the restaurant. KOBE Teppanyaki restaurant is very noticed the ways of serving of staffs.
