Ocean Cove Campground offers twenty acres of campground directly on the Pacific Ocean. Over one hundred available campsites to choose from. Picnic tables, fire pits, hot showers, etc..

Rocky promontories, panoramic views, kelp-dotted coves, and the dramatic sounds of pounding surf; open grasslands, forested hills, pristine prairies, and pygmy forests- you can experience all of these coastal wonders within the Salt Point State Park.

Stillwater Cove Regional Park on the northern Sonoma Coast features a picturesque crescent of beach, a small campground, and hiking trails through redwood forest and along ocean bluffs. The historic, one-room Fort Ross Schoolhouse is located in the park's interior, moved there decades ago for preservation.

Fort Ross had two windmills, both of which were the first windmill west of Mississippi. The first mill was constructed in 1814, not long after the Russians settled Fort Ross. The second mill was built in 1841.

Located on a cliff right off the shore, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, rolling hills and incredible wildflower blooms in the spring, Sunset Boulders at Goat Rock Beach is on plenty of local climbers' to-do lists.

On the north side of the mouth of the Russian River is Jenner Beach. There are a few steep paths that lead down to this driftwood-covered beach.

The Jenner Headlands Preserve is a spectacular 5,630 acre mosaic of redwood/Douglas-fir forests, oak woodland, chaparral, and coastal prairie overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Many rare and endangered species inhabit the property including the northern spotted owl, peregrine falcon and red tree vole. Deer, bobcat, coyote, mountain lion and steelhead trout are also found on the property.

Goat Rock, near the mouth of the Russian River, is known for its scenic shoreline and easily accessible sandy beach. Picnic tables and restroom facilities are also available. Goat Rock beach is home to a colony of harbor seals.

Fort Ross State Historic Park is a historical state park of California, USA, including the former Russian fur trading outpost of Fort Ross plus the adjacent coastline and native coast redwood forests extending inland.
