My Tho is a city in the Tiun Giang province in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. It has a population of approximately 169,000 in 2006 and 220,000 in 2012. It is the regional center of economics, education and technology.

Tien Giang is a province in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. Tiun Giang borders Long An province and HCMC to the north, Dong Thap province to the west, Ben Tre and Vinh Long province to the south, and the East Sea to the east. It had a population of 1,972,785 in 2021.

Go Cong is a town district of Tiun Giang Province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The town of Go Cong is not to be confused with East Go Cong and West Go Cong Districts which also belong to Tiun Giang Province. It had a population of 107,600 in 2017.
