To reach the Castleridge Trailhead, take Foothill Road in Pleasanton to the intersection with Castlewood Drive. Turn onto Castlewood Drive and continue for about a mile until you reach the trailhead parking lot on your right. There is a $6 parking fee per vehicle, and the trailhead is open from 8:00 am to sunset. Be sure to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and appropriate gear for your chosen activity.
