Manasota Key is a census-designated place consisting mainly of the community of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida. The population of the CDP was 1,326 at the 2020 census, up from 1,229 at the 2010 census. An 11-mile long peninsula turned into a barrier island, Manasota Key faces the Gulf of Mexico to the West and Lemon Bay to the east.
