Hội Quán Nghĩa An (Nghĩa An Assembly Hall) is one of the most famous and culturally significant Chinese community halls in Quận 5 (District 5), Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam. It holds great importance for the Chinese-Vietnamese community, particularly those of Chaozhou (Triều Châu) origin.

Ha Chuong Assembly Hall (Hà Chương Hội Quán or Chùa Bà Hà Chương) is typical Fujian pagoda dedicated to Thien Hau, who was born in Fujian. The four carved stone pillars, wrapped in painted dragons, were made in Chinaand brought to Vietnam by boat. There are interesting murals to each side of the main altar and impressive ceramic relief scenes on the roof.
