The Box Shop is a collaborative workspace and studios for Bay Area artists focused on metal and industrial arts. It provides high-quality tools and equipment to encourage skill sharing, collaborative learning, and project development.
India Basin Waterfront Park is designed to serve as a community recreation hub, complete with a food pavilion, boat-building workshop, two public piers and a mural by local artist Raylene Gorum inspired by the Big Five of Bayview. A historic cottage built in the 1870s sits on the property as a registered landmark and the park’s welcome center.
